The student card that you received in 2023 will still be valid for the entire duration of your studies at IIE Varsity College, subject to our standard terms and conditions. It is essential for all students to have this card as it grants access to your campus and is required during on-campus assessments.
If you happen to lose your student card or if it was stolen, report it right away to your Customer Relations Officer. You can request a replacement card by visiting www.varsitycollegebooks.co.za.
If you choose not to order academic material through IIE Varsity College Books (Wize Books), you can still obtain your student card by deselecting your academic material from your cart and completing the checkout process by taking a selfie during step 2. It's crucial to complete this step as it will not only result in a physical card being printed for you but will also activate your access control to your campus.
Please note that there will be a cost of R75 (excluding the courier fee) for the replacement card.
