If you need to transfer to another IIE campus, you can request the transfer on IIE-VC Assist.

Before finalising your decision to transfer to another IIE campus, it's always a good idea to ensure that the campus you are considering offers the qualification that you wish to register for. This will not only help you make an informed decision but also ensure a smooth transition to your new campus.

Step 1

Go to VC Assist and select the "Campus Queries" category.

Step 2

Select the "Transfer request/ Query" tile, enter your student number, and submit.

Step 3

Fill out the necessary fields on the online form.

Step 4

Complete the IIE Campus Transfer Application Form and upload it as a supporting document.

Step 5

After submission, you'll receive a reference number via your student (vcconnect) email, which is helpful for following up with the Student Hub team (010 007 5110).

Alternatively, you can apply on campus by consulting with your Customer Relations Officer.

How long does it take to transfer my student profile?

We conduct checks for any outstanding modules or results, as well as your financial status at your current campus. Once everything is in order, we process your application to transfer to the new campus. You will receive a notification regarding the outcome of your Transfer application through your vcconnect email address or Customer Relations Officer. This process takes some time, so we ask for your patience and request that you keep an eye out for updates via your email.

When do I need to apply to transfer to another IIE campus?

If you're planning to relocate or have any other reason to transfer to another IIE campus, you'll need to apply for a transfer. If the qualification you had enrolled for is no longer available, you can request to be shifted to the campus that offers the qualification.
