Representatives are elected annually, and the election process must be completed by the second week of October in each year.
- President: This position will be filled via a general, democratic voting process. Nominations are received from the exiting main forum representatives to serve for the upcoming academic year. Once nominations are received, The Emeris Voice committee members and student body will get an opportunity to vote for a new President.
- Administrator: this position will be filled by a general election amongst the class representatives and interested students.
- Student Life Squad Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of the Student Life Squad. The chairperson for the Student Life Squad for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
- Emeris Cares Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of the Emeris Cares committee. The Chairperson for the Emeris Cares for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
- Emeris Sports Club Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of the Emeris Sports Club Committee. The chairperson for the Emeris Sports Club for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
- International Student Society Chairperson: this position will be filled by a nominated student at the campus discretion.
- Career Services Chairperson: applications and letters of motivations to be submitted to the Campus Career Services Specialist. The selection of one ambassador will be chosen to serve on the Emeris Voice Committee.
- Golden Key Society Page Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of the campus Golden Key Society Page Committee. The chairperson for the Golden Key Society Campus Page Committee for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
