Representatives are elected annually, and the election process must be completed by the second week of October in each year.
President: This position will be filled via a general, democratic voting process. Nominations are received from the exiting main forum representatives to serve for the upcoming academic year. Once nominations are received, The IIE Voice committee members and student body will get an opportunity to vote for a new President.
Administrator: this position will be filled by a general election amongst the class representatives and interested students.
Social Committee Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of the Social Committee. The chairperson for the Social Committee for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
IIE MSA Cares Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of The IIE MSA Cares committee. The Chairperson for The IIE MSA Cares for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
IIE Varsity College Sports Club Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of The IIE MSA Sports Club Committee. The chairperson for IIE MSA Sports Club for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
International Affairs Representative: this position will be filled by a nominated student via the HSE’s discretion.
Career Services Chairperson: applications and letters of motivations to be submitted to the Campus Career Services Specialist. The selection of one ambassador will be chosen to serve on The IIE Voice Committee.
Golden Key Society Page Chairperson: This position will be filled following the announcement of the campus Golden Key Society Page Committee. The chairperson for the Golden Key Society Campus Page Committee for the current academic year will automatically fill this position.
Academic Forum Faculty Representatives: This position is filled via a general, democratic voting process. Nominations are received from the current class representatives, with the exclusion of exit level students, to serve for the upcoming academic year.
