What type of queries can the SRS support me with?


Your Student Relations Specialist (SRS) will be able to assist with general academic, non-academic and general finance queries and ensure your query is directed to the relevant department.  From what to do if you missed an assessment; to what to do you if you need to apply for an assessment appeal; to requesting appointment with a relevant lecturer or your Student Wellness Specialist. Your Student Relations Specialist (SRS) will also share relevant information regarding any academic and non-academic matters, so keep a look out in your VC connect emails.
