If I am not able to attend my graduation ceremony, what is the process to arrange collection of my certificate?
You can contact your campus to arrange a day and time after the graduation ceremony to collect and sign that you have received your certificate.
- You will need to ensure that you present your valid ID, passport, student card, or driver’s license
If you need someone else to collect your certificate you will need to provide the following:
- A signed letter of authorisation stating that your nominee will collect your certificate on behalf,
- Certified copies of your ID, student card or driver's license,
- The nominees certified ID, passport or driver’s license.
The person collecting must sign that they have collected the certificate on your behalf.
You can also request that your campus courier your certificate to you via email.
Please note: Your certificate will not be issued to you if you have outstanding fees.
