You can request a reprint of your certificate from The Office Of The Registrar via Emeris Assist under the "Certification, Academic Records and Graduation" tab


**The certificate you receive will be marked “DUPLICATE”**



Please note the following: 

  • Reprints will only be processed if there are no outstanding fees, and it is a valid request for reprint, 
  • You must provide an affidavit (if your certificate has been lost),  
  • You must provide proof of ID or name change (if this is applicable), 
  • There is an application fee of R400 (this is subject to change).
