If you have been issued with an official student card in previous years, this card will be used for the duration of your studies.
**However, please note, all returning students will be required to order a new Emeris Student Card for 2026**
If you have however lost or misplaced your previously issued you card, you can order a replacement card on Wize Books / Emeris Books as a cost of R75 (excluding delivery)
After logging into the Emeris Books Portal, you'll find your student card prepopulated in your cart. During the checkout process (Step 2), we'll ask you to take a quick selfie. You can either snap the photo on your current device or use another device by scanning a QR code. Once you're done, you'll not only receive your shiny new student card but also activate your campus access control.
It is important that you complete this step as this will not just result in a physical card being printed for you but will also activate your access control to your IIE Exam centre.
