Where can I report a problem that I have?

Go to your Student Intranet page and find the IIE Assist platform

Select either Campus Queries or Student Hub Queries as the problem applies

On the next page select the tile that best describes the problem

Add your student number and details

Alternatively, contact the Student Relations team for your campus
