What is showcase?
Showcase is a highly anticipated annual event where final-year students are given the opportunity to present their creative portfolios and profiles. There are two Showcase platforms:
- Showcase event on campus. The event date will appear on the year calendar.
- Showcase Profiles and Portfolios. A page hosted on the Vega website.
Third-year creative students are given the opportunity to display their best work to reflect their individual brand identity and demonstrate their unique discipline-specific skills.
Industry professionals are invited to the annual Vega Showcase to view upcoming young talent, which provides an invaluable networking opportunity for students to meet prospective employers.
The Showcase is a celebration of the achievements of the students and provides an opportunity for parents and friends to view the students’ displays and share in their success
