As per The Minimum Requirements for Teacher Education Qualifications (2015), students will need to fulfil the school-based WIL (i.e. Teaching Experience) at a suitable and registered South African school. School placements are at the discretion of the institution, within reasonable range of one an Emeris campuses.
Can I complete my Teaching Experience outside of South Africa?
No. All Emeris PGCE Student Teachers will be required to complete the 9-weeks Teaching Experience at a suitable and registered South African school, as confirmed by the campus.
