The complaints procedure gives you a way to raise and resolve a concern or dispute in a fair, supportive and respectful way.


You may use this process if you have a concern involving another student, a staff member, a lecturer, or Emeris. 


How do I submit a complaint?

  • All complaints must be logged through Emeris Assist.
    • To submit a grievance relating to student safety and misconduct, click here.
    • To submit a grievance relating to another student, a staff member, a lecturer, or Emeris, click here.
  • When you log your complaint, include clear information about:
    • what happened 
    • who was involved 
    • when it happened 
    • what outcome or resolution you are hoping for 
    • any supporting information or evidence you may have
