
The complaints procedure gives you a way to raise and resolve a concern or dispute in a fair, supportive and respectful way.
You may use this process if you have a concern involving another student, a staff member, a lecturer, or Emeris.
How do I submit a complaint?
- All complaints must be logged through Emeris Assist.
- To submit a grievance relating to student safety and misconduct, click here.
- To submit a grievance relating to another student, a staff member, a lecturer, or Emeris, click here.
- When you log your complaint, include clear information about:
- what happened
- who was involved
- when it happened
- what outcome or resolution you are hoping for
- any supporting information or evidence you may have
